  Store says open until 9. Customers are turned away by 8:45 and some employees seem rushed to get out of there. We arrived at 8:45 and they reluctantly served us. A gentleman came in with his children at 8:50 and was turned away.
  If your hours are till 9, you should be expected to serve until that time.
