  The front lady is SUPER sweet, personable and helpful. She was very insightful and helped us every step of the way(even bent over the gate to punch out numbers in and let us out cause we messed up) very much recommend this place for your storage needs!

  There was a really nice person when I went to see about getting storage two weeks ago. I went there a few days ago, and what a difference. The woman was new, and didn't make me feel welcome at all. I told my friend who rents there that I didn't feel good about being there anymore so I rented next door. She said met the supervisor of Sure Save American last week and she said that she's just as rude as the new employee because she had negative things to say about the previous employees that we did like, it's STORAGE. No matter how crazy you thought your employee was, she was a lot nicer than what is there now, and how rude and unprofessional of the supervisor!. Needless to say, I rented elsewhere. This really bothers me because I really felt good about the place until the change.
