  We will start off with having an appointment set for 3 and a 1/2 weeks. We get a call the day before from “Anna” stating she’s going to have to cancel my wife’s appointment and can’t reschedule till late March, this was due to her neglecting to do her job and call IEHP to have them fax over the appropriate documentation so my wife can be seen. I’ve already submitted a claim with IEHP, I hope she then realizes that it’s her job. Deal with it.
