  We had a bad video cable on our laptop. Called around and everyone else wanted minimum $60 diagnostic PLUS parts and labor. one shop even told us on the phone that we needed a completely new monitor. This guy was hesitant to charge us for the diagnostic, but since it took some time to take the machine apart, he charged us $40 for the diagnostic, and since they had to order the cable, they searched the internet for the best price. All said and done, $80 and one week later the laptop works great. Inside Cartridge World. The Cartridge World owner is not really a people person, but the computer repair tech guy himself is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

  Took my laptop to Bestbuy and they told me that I needed a new motherboard for 300.00 Lasercom looked at it and said it had some bad memory.
  They fixed it in 15 min and charged me NOTHING.
  Works great.
