  I was a resedant assistance 3 years ago. I got hurt in the job and was on crutches and the ed director was told by the dr to put me on office duty. She nor management did not listen and I was to work in the cottage while on crutches taking care of the resedants doing my normal duties. I was in a lot of pain because of this that I called in sick a few times and they wrote me up for it. They even wrote me up for not showing up for work on a day I had off and was not even scheduled to work. To this day I have so many issues with my right ankle and I can not wear dress hills any more because of them. Bad company to work for,. They do not care about their employees and they over work you
