  My wife recently bought tires here by herself. Armed with the right questions she received plain, to the point answers. She was able to make a good decision working with the manager.
  All information was double checked with other sources and checked out.
  Some of extra fees were not mentioned up front such as disposal, etc. It's a legitimate fee but it would have been nice to get the out the door price without playing 20 questions.
  All in all a good experience, customer service was great and time in the shop was at a minimum with an appointment.
