  It was my first time there to get a car worked on. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer satisfaction and service is their top priority. The store is clean and organized inside.

  Good service, prices, and honest technicians. One of the techs here advised me against replacing a part which may have been just acting up because it was wet and that turned out to be exactly the case. Two places I had went before that had told me it was the same item, but failed to mention what could be wrong, and wanted to just take the car ib for service. Since then, I have chosen Pep Boys to do my family's work. That honesty says a lot for the employee, whoever trained him, and the business. Give them a shot, they really do shine.

  First visit in our new location, though regular customers at Pep Boys for decades. All went well. Service worker seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly. We felt comfortable about them working on our car.
