  I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Graham for guiding us through the home selling process. My brother and I were tasked with selling the home of our eighty-year-old parents that was being rented out. Graham was one of five local realtors that we interviewed and we couldn’t have made a better choice.
  
  Graham visited the house and gave recommendations on areas to repair and/or upgrade so that the home presented well. He followed up with local comps, estimates of probable expenses and inspector contacts to meet all our needs. Open houses were conducted as promised and we had four offers within two weeks.
